Bronny James’ Immediate 2-Word Reaction To Lakers Selecting Him

The Los Angeles Lakers used the No.17 pick to get Tennessee Volunteers sharpshooter Dalton Knecht. It was a good move for the team and Knecht may actually help the Lakers handle some of their shooting issues. Although many expected to see Bronny James join the storied franchise in the first round of the 2024 NBA Draft, it didn’t happen. The Lakers used the No.55 overall pick to get Bronny and let’s just say it was an expected move.

Bronny declared for the NBA Draft and sparked an avalanche of reactions. He got the good genes from his dad and planned to follow his footsteps. Unfortunately, talented Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest and needed time to recover before returning to the basketball floor again. This health issue didn’t stop Bronny and actually motivated him to try his chances in the NBA.

Lakers have a plan for Bronny, LeBron

LeBron always talked about playing with his oldest son and his dream may finally come true. He has to make a decision on his player option though. Although many believe that LeBron will sign a contract extension with the Lakers, he can still take his talent somewhere else. If LeBron stays in Los Angeles, fans will be able to watch the first father-son duo win games in league history.

Bronny had two workout with the Lakers. He also worked out with the Phoenix Suns. His camp didn’t really let anyone get any near him and it was more than obvious that Bronny will pick between LA and Phoenix.

LeBron’s oldest son had an expected reaction to the Lakers drafting him right after the decision was made. He took to his Instagram stories to thank the franchise for drafting him.
