Rob Gronkowski Claims Belichick Personality Shift Could’ve Netted More Rings

Bill Belichick used to be a man of a few words who tries to stay away from social media and the internet. Belichick was all-in when it comes to building monster rosters and winning games. The New England Patriots won six rings during his time with the team. Well, fans noticed a major shift in Belichick’s personality and yes, it’s quite a surprise. Rob Gronkowski knows Belichick really well and couldn’t really ignore it. The former Patriots tight end made a hilarious comment on Belichick’s new attitude and drew the attention of pretty much every fan.

Belichick left the Patriots after the 2023 regular season. It was another disappointing season for the team and both Belichick and Robert Kraft decided to part ways. The legendary head coach had some conversations around the NFL, but didn’t pursue anything serious. He won’t be coaching a team in 2024 and is pretty invested in his new romance.

Gronkowski showed a different Belichick perspective

The former Patriots head coach is in a relationship with Jordon Hudson, 23, and it’s official. Did this new romance trigger the change in Belichick’s personality? Gronk would love to see this Belichick at the sideline back in the days. According to him, the Patriots would win even more games and rings, of course.

“I think coach Belichick may be my new favorite person since the roast,” Gronkowski said on “Games With Names” hosted by Edelman. “If he just showed that personality at all while he was a head coach, I still think we would be playing with the New England Patriots and winning Super Bowls.”

Belichick tried to stay out of the spotlight for a long time and never talked about his private life. However, he attended the biggest events lately. He delivered a speech at Tom Brady’s enshrinement ceremony and also attended Brady’s roast. Oh, yes, Hudson accompanied him all the time.
